I am a 5 minute walk from Downtown Berkeley Bart. My office is located on the third floor. There is an elevator in the building as well as handicapped parking in front of the building if needed.
Goodyear is the adjacent building and there is a parking garage two buildings away called "The Promenade". Street parking in front of the building is only for one hour, there is free 2 hour parking a couple blocks away (on Addison and side streets to the WEST of Martin Luther King Blvd.
Standard rates are $95/hour.
